Lebawit Girma
Lebawit "Lily" Girma is an attorney, freelance writer and photographer based in Washington DC.
Lily has lived and studied on three continents, including Europe, Africa and the Caribbean. Her frequent travels led her to discover her love for writing, fashion and photography. To date, Lily's articles and photographs have been published on the Matador Travel Network, Affordable Tours Travel Guide, Schmapp! London Guide, and the Negril Chamber of Commerce's Travel Guide.
Prior to starting a career in the law, Lily worked as a Language Editor and Translator (French and Spanish) at National Geographic Television's International Broadcast Division.
On the fashion side, Lily owns and runs a successful online boutique, Lily Lily! Shop, carrying women's apparel and accessories from around the world. The shop was featured several times in Daily Candy as well as The Washingtonian Magazine, NBC's The Today Show and other notable media outlets within its first year.
